Processing process of brake shoes

The processing process of brake shoes mainly includes the following steps:

Mixing: Mix and crush various raw materials according to the formula process to make them evenly mixed. These raw materials include non-metallic fibers, metal fibers, non-metallic powders, metal powders, resin particles, etc.

Hot pressing: Put the evenly mixed raw materials into the forming mold. The mold is equipped with a heating device. After heat preservation and pressure preservation, the gap between the raw material particles becomes smaller, and the resin melts and bonds them into a blank with a certain density and strength.

Heat treatment: Put the blank processed by hot pressing into the heat treatment box for curing. Different formulas have different heating time curves and insulation times, so that the components in the blank can reach a suitable combination, so as to meet the various parameter requirements required for braking.

External processing: Grinding, grooving, drilling and other processes are carried out according to the manufacturer's requirements for the finished product.

Surface treatment: In order to make the brake lining thermally stable, a surface ablation process can be performed; in order to prevent rust and improve appearance, painting or high-voltage electrostatic spraying is also required.

Printing and packaging: Print the production date and production batch, and package and store them.

Through the above steps, the brake shoe is processed from raw materials to finished products, ensuring that it has good braking performance and durability.
